Effective trustees will function as Christian stewards of the property God has entrusted to the congregation. This includes supervising and maintaining both the physical property of the congregation and gifts made to the congregation so that the ministries of the congregation can be effective and all the legal requirements related to property are satisfied.

Committee responsibilities include: receive and administer all gifts made to the congregation, making certain trust funds are invested properly; keep the Articles of Incorporation up to date; annually review property, liability and crime insurance; conduct an annual accessibility audit of all buildings and grounds; submits annual budget requests to the finance committee for property maintenance and improvement.

The Trustees generally meet on the second Thursday of each month at 7:00 PM
